Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the one you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement piece.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@zixiu.com.
